In year 2013, we received a request from Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB) to improve the water condition in their plant. We had conducted site visit and from our observation, the water appears to be cloudy. Our team had suggested to add and replace anthracite (Australia Filter Coal) to the water. Before installation process, site specialist from SAMB had inspect and approve ERSB workflow and daily observation were done by them everyday. Level to fill up the anthracite were marked and previous anthracite were removed. Cleaning of water reservoir were conducted to avoid any unwanted impurities as instruct by SAMB site specialist. This project was conducted within a month and follow up were done to gain update on the water condition. It was observed that the water quality had improved as proof of a successful outcome.
